SOLD OUT – Arduino Programming & Robotics, July 20-July 24
An interactive and engaging learning opportunity that teaches kids about mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering while fostering creativity and innovation – made possible by our sponsor, Reynolds & Reynolds:
About the camp:: During the Arduino robotics camp, students will learn scientific and engineering principles by building and programming their own electronic robotic arm from scratch, using simple materials and off the shelf electronics. Our instructor will guide the students through the various stages of the robot construction and challenge them to think creatively and become self-learners. Activities will include hands-on mechanical and electrical engineering tasks as well as Arduino programming basics. Additionally, students will be exposed to real-life technology use cases and learn from industry experts through a series of guest speaker presentations.
About the instructor :: Daniel Valdés holds a Bachelor of Science in Visualization: Interactive Design/Game Development from Texas A&M University. Daniel is passionate about Programming, Design, Data Crawling, Computer Maintenance, Networking & Telecommunication.
Required tools and equipment (not included in the kit): computer, hot glue and a screwdriver.
